At the restaurant you can taste regional and national dishes our chef Frédéric Deperrois knows how to prepare all and well. This young chef of 30 years old is graduated from the Normandy schools of cookery and does his job with love and passion.

Hotel Le Centre is a small family run hotel, situated in the centre of the thermal village of Le Boulou (Pyrénées Orientales). 19 km south of Perpignan, 15 km from seaside (Argelès, Saint Cyprien, Collioure…), 7 km from Le Perthus and 50km from Mount Canigou and ski resorts. To reach Le Boulou from higway A9 take last exit n°43 before entering to Spain. Its geographic situation is perfect for a stopover between France and Spain, for a cheap vacation in the south to visit the area or even for your thermal cure (Le Boulou Spa belongs to “La Chaine Thermale du Soleil” and is recommended for digestive and cardio pathologies) Rooms are comfortable and have been refurbished with new bedding. The hotel also offers a massage service. Hotel Le Centre is an authentic catalan building, composed with three floors and no lift, we are not equipped to welcome correctly our disabled friends |
