It is a wine-growing area with a markedly Atlantic climate vocation, with mild temperatures (between 10 oC and 25 oC), with four perfectly different stations, short temperature fluctuations and a wide rainfall throughout the year (1,300 mm), which drops significantly in the summer.

Tasting notes:

White Rias Baixas Albariño wine: presents a straw yellow colour with greenish or Golden tones. Clean and bright. It is characterized by medium-high intensity aromas. Wine of great aromatic complexity, dominating the primary aromas of citrus, floral and fruity series, which highlights the scent of Apple. In the mouth with light acidity. Good structure, with medium sweetness and persistence. Floral and fruity aftertaste.

Other white wines of Rias Baixas: presents a straw yellow colour with greenish or Golden tones. Clean and bright. It is characterized by aromas of medium intensity and with clear perception of aromas (floral or fruit). Light mouth acidity, fresh and balanced. Fruity aftertaste.

White Rias Baixas Barrel wine: presents a golden yellow. Clean and bright. It is characterized by aromas of medium intensity. Well integrated primary and tertiary aroma. As primary held floral and fruity series along with tertiary aromas contributed by wood highlighting the aromas of roasted, smoky, vanilla and nuts. In good mouth structure, glyceric and with a fruity aftertaste with hints of vanilla.

Red Rias Baixas wine: presents a red cherry with violet tones. Middle layer. Clean and bright. It is characterized by aromas with medium intensity. Domain of primary fruit aromas red (Strawberry, BlackBerry, etc) and vegetal aromas. Moderately tannic palate. Persistence medium with fruity hints.

Sparkling white wine : presents a pale yellow colour with Golden reflections. Clean and bright. Fine and persistent bubble. He is characterized by primary aromas (floral and fruit) and secondary (bakery and toasted). Mouth fresh and slightly acid, carbonic gas (bubble) well integrated and fruity aftertaste.

Rías Baixas sparkling  Red wine: presents a red colour with violet tinos. Clean and bright. Fine and persistent bubble. He is characterized by primary aromas (floral and fruit) and secondary (bakery and toasted). Mouth fresh and slightly acid, carbonic gas (bubble) well integrated and fruity aftertaste.
