Red: Mencía *, Brancellao *, Sousón *, Ferron *, Caino Longo *, Caiño Bravo *, Caiño Tinto *, Tempranillo, Garnacha tintorera and Mouratón.* Preferred variety .

Tasting notes:

White Ribeiro: Transparent with shades ranging from pale yellow to golden yellow and reflections that vary from green tones to Golden hues.

It is characterized by clean and aromas francs of medium to high intensity to ripe fruit, fresh fruit, flowers, honey, aromatic, vegetables, Balsamic and spicy herbs. In mouth it is fresh, balanced, with light structure, medium to high volume, sapid, with extract, aromatic aftertaste clean of medium to high intensity and persistence medium to high.

Red Ribeiro: Transparent and middle layer to high, with shades ranging from violet red to red cherry and reflections that vary from violet hues to tile shades.

It is characterized by aromas clean and free of medium to high intensity to ripe fruit, fresh fruit, flowers, aromatic, dairy, vegetables, Balsamic and spicy herbs.

On the palate it is fresh, intense and balanced, with variable tannic structure of medium to high, medium high, with summary, sapid, volume aromatic intensity clean aftertaste medium to high and persistent medium to high.

Roasting-Ribeiro: Transparent, with shades ranging from yellow amber to mahogany and reflections that vary from Golden hues to brown tones.

It is characterized by clean and aromas francs of medium to high intensity to ripe fruit, fruit dried, candied fruit, honey, flowers, herbs, spices, balsamic, toasted, roasted coffee, hardwoods. In mouth it is fresh and well-balanced, with moderate freshness, intense, high volume and feeling fat, with summary and very sapid, aromatic aftertaste clean high intensity and long persistence.
