The climate is Mediterranean very nuanced by the altitude of the area, which means short but rigorous winters and long, hot summers during the day but with remarkable night cooling, influence factor positive on the quality of the grapes.

Rains, without being abundant, are not as rare as in other areas of the Southeast peninsula, registering levels of about 450 mm/year, with marked irregular distribution, presenting a maximum in late autumn.

Tasting notes:

The most characteristic wines from Bullas are the pink that 75% of the production. They are wines very appreciated in the Murcia Region for its excellent structure, passage of mouth and fruitiness. Reds young, fruity, and spacious, with character wake up, more and more, the interest of the consumer. Red crianza, though in small quantity are also prepared. White production reaches just 2% of the total .
