| The Cottage El Callís is an old farmhouse from the eighteenth century completely renovated and restored to serve the rural tourism, with all the amenities to make your stay a unique experience. We have two fully independent apartments with shared outdoor spaces. As we have a spacious garden, there is room enough to get lost. At our home you can enjoy a large open garden, pool (seasonal), barbecue, tables and chairs where you can refresh under the big tree, and the patio, where you can enjoy views of the valley. In the same house, there is a corral with poultry and rabbits, also there are vegetable gardens. The main house, "La Casa Gran" (the big house), has 6 rooms: 4 with double bed 2 rooms with 2 single beds. One room with double bed communicates with a 2 a room with 2 single beds. There are 3 bathrooms (two with shower and one with bathtub). It has a large kitchen with fireplace, TV lounge and games room, and a large dining room of 70m2 with sofas, a large table, and access to a large terrace with magnificent views over the valley. This great home is possible to rent it for separate rooms (sharing bathrooms and common areas), or full rental. It has a total area of 200 m2. The second apartment, "La Cabana del Callís" (the cabana), is perfect for a couple or family, because it has only one wide room, with one double bed and two single beds. The entrance is totally independent and there is an entrance hall and a toilet. On the first floor is the kitchen and living room with TV and fireplace in one environment, and the second floor there is the bedroom with a bathroom. It has a total area of 70 m2. The cottage we live, tenants. We are Jill and Carlos with Noa and our small dog, Gaea. You will receive a warm welcome and assist you with the convenience during your stay to make it more enjoyable. There is an extensive vegetable garden and outdoor playing facilities such as swings and a football field. Surrounded by the Catalan Pyrenees, it is the ideal location for activities such as hiking or cycling. Olot is 15 km from the property, and the border with France is a 30-minute drive away. Girona and Costa Brava are situated within 60 km. |
