| The building was built 1968 and it has 9 floors and 90 rooms carefully designed and decorated, with stunning city views. Fully equipped rooms, all of them with outside window and some with balcony. They were renovated in 2005 and they have the following distribution: 53 twin bed, 35 double bed, 1 single and 1 Presidential Suite.
