| B&B Candelária is a beautiful and romantic place situated on a hill in the welcoming village of Monte Seco, in the countryside surrounded by olive-, almond- and carob trees .... so beautiful in all seasons. This renovated traditional Portuguese house has on the ground floor 5 fine cozy guest rooms all with beautiful private bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin and hairdryer. Candelária has upstairs a spacious fully fitted communal kitchen (you can prepare here your own meals), in this kitchen is a fridge filled with soft drinks, beer and wine, you can also store your own drinks. There's also a TV and games. For winter there is a wood burning stove. The kitchen has patio doors to the roof terrace with beautiful views over the valley, where you can relax in the hammock or a sun lounger. There is an extensive breakfast served on a mixture of floral tableware. Furthermore, there may occasionally be served a delicious meal in the evening. To the front of the house is a garden with a big terrace with sun loungers, fruit trees that provide shade, an outdoor shower which can provide for a nice refreshment and a small playground for the children where they can play freely. For beach lovers it is a pleasure to return after a day at the beach in a quiet area and enjoy a glass of wine or a good book from the library on one of the terraces. It is decorated with so much taste, everything has a story. The passion of Wil is collecting old furniture for that than to renovate and Holy pictures and images. In each room you will find a collection of images or framed Mary´s. Some guests bring something of themselves, found in the attic, what really fit in the house. The B&B is a 30-minute drive from Albufeira’s beaches and a 20-minute drive from Vilamoura, which features golf courses, a casino, a marina and a tennis club.
